These items are Indian design but we manufacture these in India.

Yes we will provide basic product details in excel sheet.
Yes being a manufacturer we are ready to do any customization if required? But is this case MOQ will be 25pcs /design/color.
We work on very low MOQ i.e. 5pcs/design/color.
If items are in stock than next day we will dispatch otherwise it may takes up to 7 10 days.
We use FedEx surface to dispatch the bulk order which will takes up to 7 days to deliver the items.
Cost of shipment will depend upon size and weight of parcel. But generally it will be in between 150 to 600. And you have to bear the cost of shipment.
Yes we charge 5% GST on apparel and 12% on furniture. we will provide you Tax invoice for input tax credit.
Our items are packed in transparent polybag.
We accept cheque, Credit cards, Debit cards, net banking, UPI, NEFT, IMPS. In case of credit cards and debit cards you have to pay 2.5% transaction fees.
Initially no. But after few successful transaction yes we will provide.
If you inform us within 72 hours from delivery we will replace the items or refund the money.
We do not support any buy back schemes.
